Well, today is my official start day because...well, I'm a slacker. Got on the scale this morning and all the walking at Disney did NOTHING. I guess they are right when they say you have to burn more calories than you take in to lose weight. Who knew?

So far, I've had a bowl of cereal. Not the healthiest of breakfasts but I haven't been to the store...and breakfast is the most important meal of the day, right?

I am going to write out a schedule of everything I am going to eat for the week. When I pack for the kids and Ryan in the morning, I am going to pack for myself too. Hopefully that will help me stay on track. The less I have to think, the better I will do.

So excited to see how we can go about this in different ways, and *hopefully* still have the same results.

Forcing myself to take the time to work out is going to be my number one goal though. So far, I haven't done it yet today but it is still in the plans!

Here's to being healthy! Gotta be able to move to take care of these kiddos! :)
