Well, I am going to start! :)
Got on the scale this morning and...well, it wasn't pretty. I am actually close to 15lbs (technically +14.3) more than I want to be. Weight has a way of creeping up on you when you least expect it.
Excuse of the week: stress eating. I know it's not a good one but that's my excuse. When Ty got sick, I stopped eating. Now that he is home, I eat constantly. I am hoping that focusing on doing other things to cope with the "left over" stress.
- Stay away from the birthday cake on the counter
- Run/walk for at least 30 minutes
So excited to start this!
